Job Description
Serves as a Team Manager for Program Implementation Management Team or NAS Planning Team in the Central Service Center, Planning and Requirements Group.
**Qualifications:**
Specialized Experience Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the (FV-J or FG/GS-14) level that is typically in or related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Specialized experience includes: • Program and project management experience in federal programs involving acquisition, deployment, sustainment, improvement of facilities using capital investment program funding. Specialized aviation technical knowledge, skills, and abilities; and project management skills are required. Specialized experience may include but is not limited to: technical experience involving the installation, deployment, or establishment of NAS components, facilities, or systems.
