Job Description
You will serve as a Supervisory Human Resources Specialist (Military) in the Records Management and Benefits Division (PERS-31) of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Assigning work based on priorities and selective consideration of the difficulty and requirements of the assignment and capabilities of employees; 2) Hearing and resolving complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved issues to a higher level of supervisory authority; 3) Providing guidance to members regarding filing complaints of wrongs and seeking correction of errors or injustice through the BCNR, if such cannot be resolved administratively.
