Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Utilizing a real property database to input and update real property inventory records; AND 2) Reviewing real property documents for accuracy of information like category codes and units of measure; AND 3) Assisting in physical inventories of real property by gathering data on assets and/or creating or updating corresponding records in an accountability system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
