Job Description

You will serve as a LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in the Assessment Branch of US NAVAL SHIP REPAIR FACILITY. ***ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.***

**Qualifications:**
For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as a technical adviser in all aspects of fleet logistics and configuration management including developing and executing complete Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) packages; developing, improving, and implementing logistics and configuration policy or procedures; AND developing fleet unit projects within identified requirements. For GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: acting as an interim technical advisor in all aspects of fleet logistics and configuration management including developing and executing complete Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) packages; developing, improving, and implementing logistics and configuration policy or procedures; and developing fleet unit projects with identified requirements.
