**Qualifications:**
Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work): GS-15: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-14 level in the Federal Government. Specialized experience includes: Experience leading or supervising staff engaged in business development, outreach, or counseling activities related to export finance, trade credit insurance, or related government or financial programs; Experience advising or counseling clients, partners, lenders, or brokers on complex export finance programs, including eligibility requirements, financial structures, fees, and documentary requirements; and Experience representing an organization at interagency, private sector, or stakeholder engagements to advance export promotion or trade finance objectives. Education cannot be substituted for experience at the GS-15 grade level.
