Job Description
You will serve as a Engineer in the Stealth and Signatures Advisor (SUBPAC N42N) of NSWC CARD DIV D. This position is located in Pearl Harbor, HI. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
**Qualifications:**
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS 12/13 EQUIVILANT) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Engineer providing technical input on submarine stealth and signatures to support fleet operations; coordinating among different naval commands or stakeholders on signature-related matters; analyzing acoustic data to identify submarine signature characteristics or deficiencies; and applying procedures related to signature maintenance and management.
