ESGR Program Coordinator

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION - INDEFINITE This National Guard position is for a ESGR Program Coordinator, Position Description Number NGD1709000 and is part of the Guam G1 Directorate of Manpower and Personnel, National Guard.

**Qualifications:**
MILITARY GRADES: Officer: O1 - O3 COMPATIBLE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: Officer: 01A SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have at least one (1) year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (GS-09). Experience performing administrative or program management duties that demonstrate the ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate programs or operations. Interpret and apply policies, regulations, or laws to provide guidance or resolve issues. Analyze information and develop recommendations to improve processes or program effectiveness. Communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders to support organizational objectives. Experience must reflect progressively responsible work that demonstrated the ability to provide technical guidance, support program execution, and assist in developing or implementing administrative procedures or initiative. Specialized experience must be directly related to the duties of the position as described in the Position Description.
