What gets extracted from my resume?
Full name, email, phone, city, state, country, LinkedIn URL, professional summary, all work experience entries (job title, company, dates, description), all education entries (degree, institution, field, graduation year), skills list, and professional certifications.
Can I edit the extracted data before saving?
Yes — that's the whole point of the review step. You see your original resume on the left and all extracted fields on the right. Edit any field, add anything missing, remove anything incorrect. Nothing gets saved until you click Confirm.
What if my resume is a scanned image or photo?
Image files (PNG, JPG, WEBP) are supported. Your original image displays on the left side for reference. Fill in any fields the AI couldn't extract from the image manually.
Will importing overwrite my existing profile data?
You choose. The Merge option adds new items while keeping existing data intact. The Replace option clears your current data and replaces it entirely with the imported resume. Both options are shown before you start.
Why would I import instead of filling in my profile manually?
